The AI-generated images created through the Service are stored in Supabase storage and associated with your account.

Payment Information

When you purchase tokens, your payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or full payment details on our servers. Stripe may provide us with limited information such as the last four digits of your card and transaction details for record-keeping purposes.

Usage Information

We may automatically collect certain information about your device and usage of the Service, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and timestamps. This information helps us improve the Service and troubleshoot issues.

Supabase

We use Supabase for user authentication and data storage, including your account information, uploaded photos, and generated images.

Stripe

We use Stripe to process payments. When you make a purchase, your payment information is sent directly to Stripe and handled according to their security standards and privacy policy.

Google Gemini (AI Processing)

We use Google's Gemini AI models to generate images. When you submit a photo for processing, it is sent to Google's API for image generation. Google may process this data according to their API terms and privacy policies. We do not control how Google handles data processed through their AI services.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. Your uploaded photos and generated images are stored in your account for your convenience and can be accessed at any time.

If you delete your account, we will make reasonable efforts to delete your personal information, uploaded photos, and generated images within 30 days. Some information may be retained as necessary for legal, accounting, or record-keeping purposes.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
