Terms of Service

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information as necessary to keep it current.

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.

You agree not to upload or submit any content that:

• Contains nudity, sexually explicit material, or inappropriate imagery
• Depicts violence, gore, or other disturbing content
• Is offensive, blasphemous, or disrespectful to religious beliefs or figures
• Contains images of individuals without their consent
• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Is intended to harass, bully, or harm another person

We reserve the right to refuse service, remove content, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion if we determine that uploaded content violates these guidelines.

All images produced by the Service are generated using artificial intelligence. These images are not real photographs and do not depict actual events. The AI-generated images are artistic renderings and should be understood as such.

We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or likeness of any generated image. Results may vary depending on the quality and characteristics of the uploaded photo. We make no representations that the generated images will meet your expectations.

The depictions of Jesus Christ in the generated images are artistic interpretations and are not intended to represent any specific theological or doctrinal position.

New users receive 2 free image generations. After the free generations are used, each additional image costs $1.00 or can be purchased in discounted token packs. Prices are subject to change with notice.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

All purchases are final. Due to the nature of digital content and AI generation costs, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from receiving your generated image, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a credit.

You retain ownership of any photos you upload to the Service. By uploading a photo, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and use the photo solely for the purpose of generating your requested image.

The AI-generated images produced by the Service are provided to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may share the images on social media, print them for personal use, or give them as gifts. You may not sell or commercially distribute the generated images without our written permission.

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and underlying AI technology, is the intellectual property of Perkes International LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PERKES INTERNATIONAL LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violations of these Terms or the Acceptable Use policy.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Any unused tokens or credits will be forfeited upon account termination.
